As many of you know, it is our mission to connect people from different communities, cultures and countries in order to help them communicate with each other. This holiday season we would like to express our gratitude to everyone who has made this possible.
In this spirit, TransLingua would also like to announce our continued partnership with Intercambio in Boulder, CO and the New York Immigration Coalition (NYIC) by supporting both organizations' mission to improve immigrant lives.
As in previous years, TransLingua has provided interpreters at community events in New York and Boulder, CO, translation services for written communications and websites, and participated in several fundraisers in 2022.
Two weeks ago, our CEO, Nicole Michel-Deshagette, had the honor to sit down with Meredith Fortin, Senior Director of Membership and Programs at NYIC and Intercambio's CEO, John Lopez, to discuss synergies and new collaborative initiatives that will help immigrants get access to resources such as affordable housing and healthcare, English language classes, as well as job opportunities and a good education for their children.
As this year comes to an end, TransLingua wishes to renew its commitment to serving immigrant populations in New York, Boulder and all over the United States by providing crucial translation and interpretation services to facilitate understanding and communication and by supporting important initiatives and fundraisers that will enable organizations such as Intercambio and NYIC to create opportunities, unite communities so that everybody can thrive in 2023 and beyond.
