In the spring of 2019 Make the Road NY, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to building the power of immigrant and working-class communities to achieve dignity and justice, chose TransLingua as its translation partner, based on our experience in this field and our New York State and New York City MWBE Certification.
TransLingua is very proud of this cooperation which has resulted in many projects, including the translation of guidelines, posters, and other written documents to help spread information in the immigrant communities about access to health care, education, job opportunities, and their legal rights. Over the years, we have also provided online and in-person language support for internal and free community resource meetings.
This is why TransLingua’s Ilaria Migliardi is happy to attend the Make the Road New York’s annual Dignity, Community, and Power Awards Gala today to express our continued support and help celebrate the organization's 25th anniversary!
